About the Role
We are looking for a full-time intern to support the founders in increasing the outreach and awareness of the Brand Compass One Digital’ in the market as we look to scale up our business. This includes support across various Digital Marketing domains such as social media, performance, and email marketing among others.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do)
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
- Create and manage engaging digital content across multiple platforms, including the website, blog, and our social media channels
- Update and maintain the company website with CMS tools like WordPress, ensuring content is accurate and follows brand guidelines
- Participate in brainstorming of new and creative growth strategies
- Support the creation of visually appealing graphics for digital marketing materials, such as social media posts, banners, and email newsletters
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Offer insights and guidance to support the adoption of best practices when suitable
Key Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
- A graduate or/and post-graduate, preferably in the field of Marketing or Business (Final year students are also welcome to apply)
- Experience in the field of digital marketing
- Experience with content creation and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience to design products for "Envato/U18" is a plus
- Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with social content devising social media campaigns that engage
- Experience in optimizing landing pages
- Good knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Excellent in MS PowerPoint or/and in creating creative slides
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
